Romano’s learned a lot from these two. Belgium gave him a bit of a thing for strong women.  Meanwhile, he has a (literally) serious bromance with Ned. 

She and Spain were Romano’s ‘parents.’  Romano back then was, and still is, a bit of a ‘momma’s boy’.   

He can be QUITE flirty, but if he knows you personally, be prepared for a very derpy, awkward encounter if he’s interested in you that way.
